Cork House is a 5 storey, purpose build block of flats, built in the mid 80's.

No. 13 is a raised ground floor flat accessed via 3 steps up from the pavement and via a standard size door. The area is well illuminated.

(The flat is in the first block on the right as you enter the public car park, overlooking the inner marina basin and has light blue painted 'grills' on its balconies).

Entry to the flat itself is via a standard sized door.

The flat has a spacious and light, south facing, living/dining room with marina views and a 'julliette' balcony.

The kitchen is compact, but is very modern( re-fitted 2010) and has all the appliances required of a holiday property.

The bathroom has a bath, with shower over, plus wc and wash basin.

The double bedroom is large and well furnished with a window overlooking the inner courtyard.

The twin bedroom is standard sized and has a window overlooking the inner courtyard.

There is secure underground car parking for one car (Space 38). Access to this is off East Burrows Road - approx 50 metres from the corner of the block. A 'fob' is provided which needs to be presented at a panel on a freestanding column outside the gate to the car park and another inside the space for exiting the space.

The flat is a 5 - 10 minute walk from all of the amenities of the marina - promenade, beach, bars, restaurants, gift shops, leisure centre, museum, art galleries, etc, and a 10 minute walk from the City centre with its wide range of shops, eating places, bars, clubs and numerous other facilities.
