The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two 3ft single beds. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table, chair and carpeted floor.

A breakfast bar separates the lounge /kitchen area measuring 23ft x 10ft. The fully equipped kitchen has the following appliances for  

your convenience: electric cooker, micro wave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The comfortable lounge area has a colour TV (with Sky Freesat), and radio, fitted carpet, dining table, an armchair and two comfortable sofas, one of which, a bed/settee, provides another double bed, if required.

For the younger member(s) a cot and high chair are provided, on request.
A safe is provided for valuables.

An enclosed paved area is situated at the rear of the property, with a table, umbrella and four chairs, mobile bbq and has clothes line facilities.
